Today I’ve had a frustrating day with my health…and I found this post from some time ago on my blog…and then I realised – this post was written during the last Virgo full moon cycle, just over a year ago! Reflecting on my health and the little rituals needed to strengthen and fall in love again with my body…this year I embrace what I need to honour, a little differently…this time it’s my physical body and her limitations, and the wisdom she is teaching me through going slow…slower. Which health routines, self care, loving service to others has this eclipse revealed to you?

Embrace your shadow – it is part of you. You can’t do this whole “loving yourself” thing unless you can gather that shadow in your arms and love her too. I don’t mean try to be ok with it because shadow and light need each other or something.
